I always enjoy my visits when I come to Westderm in Yonkers , the staff is so welcoming and the office manager Celiana is very attentive and helpful. I love that it’s a team full of women who work together so gracefully and come together as one for the well being of all their patients. From the moment I walked in, the staff, Celiana was friendly and professional, making me feel comfortable right away. She was so sweet. Dr. Burk was thorough in explaining my skin concerns and treatment options, and took the time to answer all my questions. The office is clean, well-organized, and the wait time was minimal. I felt confident in the care I received and left with a clear plan for my skin. Highly recommend this practice for anyone looking for expert dermatological care!

Its always an amazing experience when visiting the WestDerm Yonkers location! Celiana the Office Manager along with Kaitlyn who is the front desk receptionist are always very pleasant and helpful. They are very attentive to their patients, and they always greet you with such kindness and a great smile! Dr. Tepiltz is an amazing doctor! Es primer vez que teníamos la oportunidad de visitar ésta oficina médica, empezando por la recepcionista que muy amablemente nos atendió y nos dió seguridad y excelente, ella es Yasmeen, muy querida y recibimos total colaboración, al ingresar para que la doctora nos chequeara, fué muy profesional observando y espicionando cada una de nuestras manchas, deformaciones en nuestra piel y lesiones en la misma, dando la explicación de cada punto. Fué muy grato con mi esposa, recibir una atención tan profesional de ella y dispuestos a recomendar la oficina y la doctora.

We have been seeing Dr.Teplitz for six years at the Yonkers location. Dr. Teplitz is very professional and thorough, and always explains what she is seeing and doing. She takes excellent care of us, and has given us wonderful advice on what to do to protect ourselves from the sun. Celiana, the office manager is friendly, accommodating, and responsive to our needs. When Dr. Teplitz was on vacation, and I had a concern, Dr. Burk immediately worked me into his schedule. We would definitely recommend WestDerm.

Very professional but courteous. Tried to get an appointment for a growth on my leg , tried 15 dermatologist until I reached Dr Burk who have me an appointment within 3 days of my call. Thank you Dr Burk.

Always a great experience with Dr. Wieder. She treated my father very well. He is someone that is usually nervous around doctors but she never left him in the dark, so the whole time he was at ease. She was kind and worked fast. Practically my whole family has been going to Dr. Wieder and we will recommend her to all of our friends and family!

Thorough and efficient

I cannot recommend Dr. Emmanuel Agnant highly enough. He is truly the best dermatologist out there. I reached out to him for my dermatological needs, and I was amazed by his speed and attentiveness in taking care of my concerns. I regret ever going to another provider in the practice due to distance because Dr. Agnant's care is unmatched. He not only cares deeply about his patients but also didn't hesitate to provide the necessary medications for my son when needed. His ability to diagnose and treat problems immediately is truly remarkable. Dr. Agnant has treated both of my children, but today's actions truly highlight his exceptional care. Thank you, Dr. Agnant, for being so dedicated and for always providing the best care possible.

I had a great experience they saw me right away NP Mitzy was very professional she took her time with me she was very thorough she checked every inch of my body for moles she explained everything to me she answered all my questions and a week later she called me with my laboratory results and asked me how I was doing. I'm very pleased I couldn't ask for more than that. should I have any concerns or problems in the future I will definitely go back to her.

I have been to a few dermatologist about my hair loss and all they were worried about was shots that did not help but when I seen Mr. Emmanuel he went a different route that has been working great. He is friendly and patience every time I see him.

Went to see Mitzy, she was very polite and friendly, also very professional and efficient, was in and out in 15 minutes, will definitely be going back to her for any of my future dermatology needs. Overall a great experience.

She was excellent in her knowledge. The doctor answered all my questions and I did not feel rushed.

When you reach my age and find you have to undergo treatment for things that did not mean that much, you kind of find it difficult to submit to what you incorrectly describe as "skin care." Having learned much later in my life that my body had characteristics that caused me to struggle in my youth and military days because of a syndrome which I didn't know anything about yet explained why I had to physically challenge obstacles and people to win, and now see a fine young woman and support group who I could immediately respect based on their skill and patience, was life afffirming. F.N.P. means friggen nice professional to me from herein in.

Dr. Wieder was incredibly friendly and helpful, and her staff was awesome too from the nurses to the front desk. I had an absolutely great experience.

Dr. Wieder really listens and takes the time to explain different options. The staff is all kind and patient, and I would be happy to refer anyone here.

Mrs Williams and her MA as well as you front desk staff were all great! Professional, courteous and friendly. Mrs Williams took her time with my and explained my condition to me & explained the treatment plan. She and her MA treated me so well. I’ll definitely be returning for my follow up visit and recommended the practice to family and friends. Thank you again to West Derm.
